If you’re looking for a convenient location with underground parking and proximity to public transport, this is one of the best choices in the city.
🛏️ First Impressions and Check-In
From the moment we arrived, we could feel the hotel’s pleasant atmosphere – a stylish, artistic interior, fresh music in the lobby, and a modern café, ATM°S. But the real surprise awaited us at the reception: instead of the standard double room with a sea view we had booked, they upgraded us for free to a luxurious apartment on the 13th floor!
As soon as I opened the door, I understood why this choice was worth it – an amazing panoramic view of Varna, with the sea in the distance, illuminated by the endless blue sky. I’ve always loved heights – not just for the view, but for the sense of openness, freedom, and tranquility. That’s why I chose this hotel, even if it was just for one night and at a slightly higher price
📚 The reason for the trip
My trip to Varna wasn’t for tourism – it was related to the presentation of my book “Non-Guide to Italy from A to Z“ at the Pencho Slaveykov Regional Library. This event was especially important to me – to meet my readers from the seaside capital and share my inspiration from Italian culture.
However, as often happens while traveling, it wasn’t without an adventure – on the way to Varna, we burst a tire. We had to quickly handle the situation to avoid being late for the event, and we checked into the hotel in a hurry, not noticing that our room had one double bed instead of two separate beds, as per the reservation.

When we returned later that evening, we noticed the discrepancy with the beds. Despite the late hour and the hotel being fully booked, the receptionist reacted very professionally and resolved the issue quickly, without any unnecessary questions or tension. As a result, we not only received a room matching our reservation but also felt that we were truly welcomed.

The luxurious apartment was spacious, modern, and exceptionally well-equipped: a large bed with a comfortable mattress, panoramic windows, a work desk, a smart TV, air conditioning, a stylish coffee corner, and even a mini-kitchen. The soundproofing was so good that I felt isolated from the city noise, yet connected to the city’s atmosphere through the view.

The next morning’s breakfast was at ATM°S – fresh and well-organized, with options for both continental breakfast lovers and those seeking healthier or vegan choices. I went with the classic – scrambled eggs with bacon, juice, and aromatic coffee.
