Travellerprofession.com is a personal blog dedicated to travel, personal stories, reflections, and inspirations written by Ivan Krastev. The primary function of the website is to share content with a reading audience.
As an addition to the blog, the site features an online store offering original books, written and self-published by Ivan Krastev under his publishing house, Ecrier. The store does not sell books by other authors or third-party products.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices in the online store are listed in Bulgarian lev (BGN) and are final.
No additional fees or VAT are charged.
Payment is made via cash on delivery – the amount is paid directly to the courier upon delivery.
4. DELIVERY
Deliveries are carried out via the courier company Speedy.
The standard delivery time is up to 3 working days from the confirmation of the order.
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate address and phone number for delivery.
Free delivery is available in the following cases:
When ordering two or more books, regardless of total value
orWhen the order total is 25 BGN or more
5. ORDERS
Orders can be placed at any time through the website’s order system. After completing and confirming the order form, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. If clarification is needed, we may contact you by phone or email.
6. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
In accordance with the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the date you received the product.
Return conditions:
The product must be in its original condition, without signs of use or damage
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer
The refund will be made via bank transfer after receiving and inspecting the returned product
